Summer is here…and so are the summer activities. With lots on our planners – we don’t always have time for a long workout. This 20 minute workout improves your cardio, strength, core, lower body, upper body, and helps you burn those extra calories we all tend to indulge on during this season.
Your Summer Ready 20 Minute Workout
- Perform each exercise for 60 seconds with minimal rest between each.
- After you complete the circuit – rest for 60 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds (~12 to 20 minutes total)
