Slow Cooker Chicken with Black Beans and Cream Cheese
You won’t believe a recipe this easy can be this good!!!
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast (frozen)
- 15.5 oz Can of black beans
- 15 oz Can of corn
- 15 oz Jar of Salsa
- 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese

Place the frozen boneless chicken breast in the slow cooker

Add the can of black beans, drained, the jar of salsa, and the can of corn drained into the slow cooker.

Put the slow cooker on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Once the chicken is cooked use a fork to shred the chicken in the slow cooker.

After the chicken is shredded to your preference – add the package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour.
