As busy parents one of the first “B” lines we make is to the coffee pot each morning. As the Folgers says in their famous commercials – the scent opens your eyes. But what could make it better…a little health kick. That is what I want to share with you today.
A Coffee + Vanilla Protein Smoothie
What You Need:
- 1/4 cup espresso
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla whey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- handful of ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Serve cold.
